●Flexible System
Guests using the above venues may reserve Conference Rooms A–F at the rates listed below:
Room A: All day ¥160,000 (JPY) / Long time ¥16,000 (JPY) per hour / Short time ¥21,000 (JPY) per hour
Room B & C: All day ¥110,000 (JPY) / Long time ¥11,000 (JPY) per hour / Short time ¥15,000 (JPY) per hour
Room D, E & F: All day ¥55,000 (JPY) / Long time ¥5,500 (JPY) per hour / Short time ¥5,800 per hour
A 20% discount on room rental fees will be applied for setup days. (Limited to one day per event, 9:00–21:00)

*1 Reservations for use in conjunction with Main Conference1&2, Panorama Room, Event Space, or the Studio may be made up to one year in advance of the intended date.
*Please be advised that the above rates are current as of December 2025 and are subject to change without prior notice.
*In addition to the above room rates, equipment fees will be charged separately.
*When using the studio as an open space, additional setup fees may apply.

Main Conference Rooms
Main Conference Room 1+2
A large space accommodates up to 378 people
For general meetings of shareholders and ceremonies
The 380m² space can accommodate large-scale events such as shareholders' meetings and buffet-style parties. And by dividing into two rooms it is possible to use them in conjunction without changing the venue, such as for seminars and social gatherings.

A refined space with dual-aspect windows offering sweeping views of Tokyo Station
The Panorama Room is a bright and elegant venue featuring dual-aspect windows that provide an impressive view of Tokyo Station. Located opposite the main conference room, this venue with dual-aspect windows overlooking Tokyo Station can be flexibly utilized as a sub-venue or networking space, seamlessly integrated with the main conference room.
Small meeting rooms
Room A, B, C, D, E and F
Highly flexible rooms depending on needs, from business negotiations with customers to internal meetings.
Foyer and Waiting rooms
With Foyer and Waiting rooms that can be connected to the Main Conference Rooms, they can meet a variety of purposes.

- Catering
- We can recommend catering companies that match the event and budget. It includes food arrangement from Japanese cuisine, children's menus to vegetarian dishes.
*Please deal directly with the catering company regarding budget proposals, meetings, billing, etc.
- Safe and secure infection measures
- We are strengthening the staff's temperature measurement and the disinfection and cleaning of the venue, for online and offline events. We also have infection control supplies for rental.
- Dedicated lines for facilities
- We offer dedicated lines for facilities that create stable internet environment for seminars, briefings, press conferences, and general meetings of shareholders. Please ask when holding streaming events.

- We have three streaming plans so that users can broadcast by themselves.
It is also possible to entrust equipment operation to an affiliated operator.
- Simple Streaming Plan
- Switching between camera images and documents
This is a simple plan to stream by switching between camera images and references. Recommended for web conferences, etc. where you want to show camera images and documents. The operator will guide you on how to use the equipment when you use them for the first time, so even beginners can broadcast.
